here's an interesting play i found from 2012 in a game between the boston celtics and atlanta hawks, with avery bradley pretending (i think) to tie his shoes to bait a pass in his direction for a steal:
i've watched this play many times to try and determine if the shoe-tying really was a fake.
i do see some dangling shoelaces in the beginning of this clip:
but the way he reacted after passing the ball off to ryan hollins and trotted without looking downwards at his feet again makes me believe it was an intentional stroke of brilliant deception:
either way, a fun play!
