kevin durant - the best scorer to ever touch a basketball - is straight up just being disrespectful to defenders after he scores on them now, and i'm all for it.
the pinching-his-fingers gesture is hilarious, much better than the now-overused hand-at-the-knee "too small" celebration.
here he does it to evan fournier, while calling him "très petit" in french:
he also hit royce o'neale with it:
he couldn't hit hassan whiteside with the "too tiny", so instead he pointed at him and asked why someone would ever put hassan whiteside on him:
i love it.

what a pass from demarcus cousins:
the slowest blow-by dunk ever, brought to you by kevin love:
random thoughts:
he's still in the g-league, but i've been watching some sharife cooper tape lately. loved him at auburn, and i think he has a few special gifts - he's got great control of the pace of the game, and is an awesome passer. would not be surprised to see him as a solid nba starter soon.
i noted this at the beginning of this season, but jordan poole is pretty good - and he’s also proof that any shifty guard who can shoot well off handoffs and move without the ball can be amplified to near-star levels when they play with draymond green. poole is averaging 25/3/4 on 57/52/86 splits (4.3 3pm/game) in his last 9 games, looking very steph curry-lite-ish out there. check out this sauce:
that lebron james fellow is kind of special, isn't he? leading the league in scoring in year 19 during the most talented era of basketball ever, wow.
russell westbrook, man... i wonder if we'll learn about what this season was like for him in the future, if something happened/was happening off the court or something. i completely understand his play style clashing with this los angeles lakers team at all, but i never would've thought his confidence would be shot. some of his misses and turnovers are inexplicable - the number of air-balls, clangers off the top of the backboard, and air-mailed passes are so strange for a player who's played the game for so long. is it all mental, or could some of it be physical as well…?
jrue holiday is playing at a different level this season. it's wack that they voted khris middleton in as an all-star over jrue this year.
jonathan kuminga is a different type of athlete. he just moves differently from everyone else, i don't know how to better describe it. will be keeping an eye on how he develops, because the foundation is all there.
